How quickly do coaches gain Ability? Same as players? I want to know if it's worth hiring a young coach that has 200 Potential and how long it takes him to grow.
I'm managing Charlton, 2nd in the Npower L1. Is there any way to improve my chances at gaining work permits? There is a quality young Brazilian GK that I'm trying to get and I can't get his work permit accepted.
