This is a tool originally created by reddit user /u/pombeiro619 () for FM18 but it works with FM19 and FM20 too.
It's helped save me insane amounts of time when trying to apply a real picture to a regen face. You just drag and drop the photo into the tool, entire the player ID, and click done...
