I've purchased FM2021 through steam as I do every year but recently uninstalled to download through game pass for achievement tracking for microsoft rewards. I know there's no FM editor through game pass but can I use the original steam FM21 editor to make a database and transfer it to a game...

does anybody know if you can request to move from part-time to full-time and if not can you do it any other way?

On FM09 i think it is, on the editor there is a Hardcore Fans Percentage where you can select from 0-100. I've always wondered what it was for any help. cheers;)
