I don't use that setup myself, but there is a lot of instructions for the cb's, I don't like the hold position myself. Try closing down less, tackle harder and short passing. You should see an improvement

As I said above you have to switch the mentality to counter vs better/stronger sides

I'v done the DCL on many saves due to the fact I had better players on that side, I found against one striker the DCR would intercept the first ball and if not it gives the DCL a chance to sweep up. On yours just looked like he could drop to cover given that the regista was on that side and...
