Don't think you can move players on loan using the editor but if a player is on loan and you want to end it you can by selecting the terminate contract option which return the player to the parent club.
Not possible you would need to edit this and start again, pain i know as have done this before myself. Don't even think the in-game editor allows such changes.
Not sure if you can edit the FFP, think this has been hard coded into the database. If you have the in-game editor you can add more money to the clubs finances and this may bring that amount down.
Possible an option within the editor to amend this but from previous experience this has happened to me and from the second season with the team they will appear in the cup.
Yeah CA is basically what level they are currently at, if they are -4 or - any number the CA their peak ability and won't get any better. Some you will see CA and PA and they probs won't change. If some players have a lot higher PA the need games consistently so they develop.
You are better to increase there stats, as they have the potential to get better the stats will improve but maybe not to the level you would like despite the PA of 180.
Well not in the first season, but the second season i won the champs league and another team was in the champs league group stage, also three teams were in the europa league groups stages with one progressing. I know it's not great but surely this can't cause the league ranking to drop 3 places...

If you pay for the in game editor you could give your team enough money to then request the board to build a new stadium, may save you from starting over again.
