I have stared a save with an MLS team and I see that you can add draft picks in transfers.. I am wondering if there is actually a draft in FM that you do. If not.. wouldn't that just add value to your transfers without any loss?

Im trying to purchase FM12 for direct download but I'm in the US. I see you can purchase it in the UK, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands but nothing for the US. If I select UK and purchase it will there be any issues that you know of? Thanks for the help.
