Thanks for getting back to me. Have left OIs and general training to assistant and set individual training to each position myself Set pieces left to default Started a save with Bournemouth - a couple of signings and first league game at home to Palace was a great 7 - 0 win!!!

Is this plug and play? OIs and training to be done by Assistant Manager? Do you train each player to their position in the tactic? Who takes set pieces?

I know you have put training to be done by Assistant Manager - would it harm to train each player to individual role?

So you train all players individually to the position they're in? Apart from that pretty much plug and play yeah?

You said you leave OI and training to Assistant. Don't you train players to individual roles?

Although only pre-season and 1 league game played with this tactic I am impressed. My Liverpool team made a flying start to the league season with a 7 - 1 thumping of Leicester. Only 2 transfers in: De Ligt to play alongside Van Dijk and Milikovic-Savic to play as Mezzala alongside Henderson...
