Open the Data Editor, Load a Database, Click the ' Players ' Tab, then Click ' New ' in the Bottom right hand corner, and then Create Away.

I just started a new save, got me and two of my friends in it. :P CA of 130 PA of 200

You can Create your own player from the Data Editor, but you'll have to start a new save.
