I'm surprised it's unobtainable. Colombia has some good teams (Once Caldas, Atletico National, Millonarios, Deportivo Cali etc...), a real homogeneous league, like Brazil. Moreover, it's the country of Falcao, Zapata, Ospina, Armero, Jackson Martinez, Guarin, James Rodriguez, Zuniga etc...
