Never, ever, ever, under any circumstances, use the "I'm very pleased with your performance" pep talk at half time. Even if you are winning 4-0. Saying this pep talk is a guarantee that everyone becomes complacent and doesn't really serve any purpose.

Also what captains has everyone been using? There aren't really any great options have you just been sticking with Arteta? Him and Mertesacker seem like the only decent choices but neither seem ideal

For me Ozil seems to be good every other game. I mainly was playing him as an Enganche as an AMC. One game he'll get 2 assists, the next game 6.4 rating. Pretty realistic if you look at what he does in real life

Very impressive...I see you brought in a lot of new players but no longer have Cavani, I'm guessing you managed to sell him for alot. Also, do you always play attacking with that tactic, even for the difficult away games?
