I'm trying to sign players on my Barrow save, just got promoted from Skrill North to Premier. The problem I'm having is I want players on 1 year contracts, but most of them insist on a 2 year contract? Also, where should I send my scouts to find good loan players? Any help will be much appreciated

Just like to ask some LLM what they think is the hardest league to get promoted out of? Is the Skrill North to Prem a big jump?

From my experience of Lower League management it is all about simplicity,you have to be a poo polisher like Tony Pulis. Keeping the squad morale up and keeping players fit are key.

They're not out of my price range though? Contract has ran out at previous club and are on a wage I can easily afford this is why I am so confused?

A lot of players won't even discuss a contract, but I am playing in a league higher and will be able to offer them more money? A players I'm trying to sign is on really low wages which I could easily double, but he says you won't be able to afford my contract demands?
