Doesn't very high match preparation slow down players training progession?

I'm not expert, but it could be morale issue. The players are like little girls ir this FM version. You have always praise them for good performance, tell them you have faith and no pressure to low morale players.

Not working for me, I'm afraid. Played 9: won 2 draw 2 lost 5 My team is average, but i still expected far better results with this tactic.
