Ah, so if I have a feeder club from China, buying a non-Chinese player with a world wide reputation will not help significantly with shirt sales in that country? Only Chinese players will?

Ricardo Rodriquez, although he can be a bit pricey (20-22m) but well worth it. He becomes a world class talent within a season.

Well an obvious striker would be Aguero, lol. He scores 50+ goals per season for the club. Other cheaper and younger options are Depay and Malcolm (after he is a little older) who are devastating in front of the goal, but can also knock in a fair amount from the wing.

Sterling was amazing for my team (City) for three seasons playing as a right winger, until I sold him for £80-85M to PSG.

You can probably get 35m+ depending on the buying club. I'd sell him and replace with a youngster with potential.
