It is same as that of Football Manager 2011, so it should be working. Unless there is something with configs or you are doing it wrong somewhere.Anyways, here is the step by step guide for inserting logos into FM13. If you are still having trouble, maybe this video could help you out. :)

For the logos, here is a pack for English level 7-9.Download-made by Rtsrobintje. As for the kits, I have not found any. However, if I got one, I will definately let you know. :)
