hey im playing a 4-1-2-1-2 formation with my arsenal and i don't know what roles i should make cesc and ramsey? or my two strikers theo & bendtner

I took over arsenal and was wondering what roles best suit my midfielders, Cesc,Ramsey, Nasri etc??

I've taken over rangers, the board have given me no money, i've managed to sell a few players and its going well so far. But does anyone know any cheap players i can bring in, what formations will work well?

its happened too many times to arsenal, first diaby, then eduardo now ramsey? its not right, fair enough shawcross didnt mean it but still shouldn't be happening
