Hy guys, i play F.M for quit some time now and the first thing i've noticed about the new 2011 one is that the players are RETARDED, and i mean big time retarded. Theyr iq was droped to almost nothing. I tried more teams and a lot of players and in 3 seasons i haven't achieved much... other then...

I think i'm doing it wrong.... hy m8, i am using u'r strategy for about 5 games now and i didn't had one win..... i know there is something wrong, but i can't find what exactly. could u give me a few more general tips about how should i use this tactic in order to work? tks!
