Striker Problem

I have tried loads of different tactics and changed strikers around and still won't work but I'll go with your suggestions thanks

Striker Problem

In third season at Blackburn and in 12 games scored 9 goals overall. This has happened every season and just managed a goal a game in last two seasons. Any good strikers for around 7 - 8 million who will score about 15 - 20 goals a season. Thanks
