how have u brought all them with west brom in the second season?

i want something thats not to easy but not solid a team with a fair bit of money not loads in england,spain or italy

i dont really understand what tatics to use or not weather i should change depending on what team i am playing or depending on what my assistant tells me to. thanks:)
