not had too many problems in FM11 but in 10 i signed Akinfeev for Arsenal and sold Almunia. His first pre-season game and he slips a disc, out for 6months i think it was. As you can imagine i wasn't too pleased.

I dont know for sure but i think its alot to do with recuperating more money for the teams aswell. I know that teams get alot less from the europa league but it surely softens the financial blow of dropping out of the CL + uefa get more viewing figures from teams like liverpool, at madrid etc...

I hope Arsenal win at least something this year. It might sound abit stupid but i think once the team gets that winning feeling theyll want it again and could go on a run for the next few seasons, correct me if im wrong but i think theres only clichy in the team at the moment who won anything...
