for the tests i done, i left training to assistant, but if you do the training yourself, you want your fitness as high as possible, and their pysical's improved as its a fast paced tactic.

Yeah i agree, underdogs this tactic must struggle, high speed, high acceleration and work rate is needed for this type of tactic. but as you said, it's very good on the eye to watch the styles of goals.

Just done half a season holiday mode with Newcastle and this tactic is impressive, scores bundles of goals and could be tweaked for a lot of fun.
