I have the same problem with the Italian Hero. I got promoted from Serie C to Serie A and the achivement is still locked. I didn't use editor or anything like that. I started game with the newest patch. Also I didn't have a problem with Spanish Hero (I started that game with the older version tho).

Is this tactic dead already? No 14.3 updates?
