I'm afraid no one can say it because the amount that you can get for him depends on his reputation in your save and his reputations depends on the rating that he got in matches during the season

I decided to give the tactic a go with Fulham and it's going great... :)

there are no any predetermined release dates for patches... it could from few weeks to a month or more... it's always random.
