Read the OP... there's a guide how to deal with yellow and red cards at the top of it.

Click Desktop/Start then type in File Explorer, on the header click View and tick Hidden Items to Show

Make sure that you can view Hidden Items, tick this option for File Explorer

Try to clear your Cache C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016 Delete the Cache folder

I sometimes use Att. Movement for very easy matches
