I downloaded the game and when i was installing it in steam it said i needed a product key. How can i get a product key for fm 11.

PLEASE HELP My game crashes everytime i click on a player to see their profile, It comes up saying football manager 2011 11..0.of151865 has stoped working then it askes me to close the program. I have tried reinstalling but that doesnt seem to work. Could someone please help.

How come on my fm 2011 game everytime i click on a player to see there profile the whole game crashes and comes up with football manager 2011 11.0.0f151865 has stoped working. Then it askes me to close the program.
