I've been using the AML tactic in the OP. However I switched to the V4 you uploaded and its been working much better. Won the league.

How do I do a player search ? Its not same as fm14 now I have to go to the scouting page? Im just wondering if theyve changed it ?

Ive just been promoted to sky championship with Bradford, first season. Played really well. Lost the least games but drew a few just needed better wingers.
