Man City just got 10 yellow cards in the second leg of the CL semi-final. Is there still no fining for that kind of thing? 14 yellows to my 5 over the two legs, but I got the only red (their players always just got a talkung to instead of a second :( )

Trying to get to grips with home grown status and there seems to be a lot of misinformation: Loaning players out doesn't seem to stop them gaining home grown at club (player signed in Jan 2017 with a loan back agreement still has a trained at club date three years from the signing date)...
