my question is there anyway to add myself back into europe using the free editor? (or can this only be used at the start of a game? or is there another editor i can use? I,m on m 2nd season btw, if so how?

ok I,m at a loss how to use the steam editor , first season no problems, I could edit things, I,m in my second season now, any ideas how to edit so it saves the changes I make, with the new players I have, the first save only shows my changes from the start of season?
