I signed a young south african goalkeeper called thulani khuzwayo and I am unable to loan him out to my feeder clubs (Levski Sofia or BATE Borisov) to gain a work permit sooner. How can I get round this? The game is in the january transfer window too so it should in theory be allowed to go through

I know you can use the same steam account on different computers to play the game, however I was wondering if its possible to play the same save on different computers?
