Hye, i have question. I've upgrade my youth n traning facilities. It started 22th November 2017 and supposed to finish on 11th August 2019. As I play through couple seasons, the completion date keeps changing and now it shows it will finish in 14th October 2020. Is it a bug or is a common thing...
