Can anyone explain me why can't i use a tactic from the FM2013 in the FM2014? It says i can't import the tactic...

My main frustration at this moment is that i cant play this game online! Or i cant choose my team or the game gets blocked after passing 2 or 3 days in the calendar. Ridiculous! Anyone knows why??? I played FM since i can remember and it never happened before!

i cant play online. i join a game but then nothing happens. do you know what might be the problem?
