So i got myself some potentially great regens, but i am a newcomer to creating training schedules and stuff like that. So i was wondering if anyone could help me learn a bit more about creating the right training schedule to get the best potential out of my youngsters?

Marc-Andre ter Stegen Great keeper in my opinion, hopefully if I do well first season he will want to sign for me & I know I don't manage a great team to compare my players with him, but as you can see he is pretty good.
