I have tried to set it so Jermain Defoe joins Toronto FC on the 28th Feb 2014 using the future transfer option, i also selected Designated Player contract from the additional contract options in the editor. But in game the Designated player contract hasnt taken effect. Any idea why? Cheers

Is there any way to increase the number of teams that qualify for a continental competition? Also can you change the nations that qualify and the number of spots they get?
