How do i get a work permit for a player, got my player basically at the start of july, guilherme Arana from Corinthians but its near the end of september and after i figured theres a sect where you clcik his name (apply for work permit) i did that a month ago and still nothing?

I think it was about a contract originaly but he signed a new contract and says he was happy and has says he was happy 2 times since I have absolutely no idea whats going on I think its a bug

I can't talk to him nor I can't get my captain to talk top him

my team is improving,,,all be it not as much as they used to in fm 13

Theres 10 of them and none of them have improved

I dunno ii know my players used to improve a lot in football manager 13 but none of these players are going up anything

last football manger I had was football manager 13 and you had to look for determination, all my youths have high determination and are awesome but there just not improving

Im starting my fourths season but only started buying youngsters at the end of my second, its not just one ive got bout 10 of them and theyve not went up nothing

Im united and any young player ive bought has hardly inmproved
