Im in my secat the end season with Villa and its January. Ashley Youngs contract ends at the end of the season i want to renew it. Howeve he will not enter discussions and there is no point in selling him as he is worth £2.8 million. Does anyone know a way to make the player enter discussions?

When i load my football manager it comes up as normal and then comes up with XML parsing error. I carry on but when i get to my save everything stretches really wide and goes out of sync. Can anyone help?
