How do you get your defenders to actually tackle often? I have them to press more, but they just run up to them then do nothing. I'm not keen to put tackling to 'more aggressive' because I don't want my players diving in with 2 feet all the time.

The other thing I noticed is that, whilst I have loads of possession, I don't really look that threatening. Again, this could be down to the lack of familiarity, or is it something you've noticed before? Might be the use of the central target man which messes it up a bit.
