Yes and No

I recently left my game open in the background while using my laptop when I went back on it I tried to save and quit it didn't let me save so I just quit because it wasn't really a save I cared about but when I re-opened my game ALL MY SAVES WERE GONE. I have no idea what to do please help!

Not suprised as the polish league is not a very well known league me as a life long fan decided to start a story with them :)
