Hello all, a friend and I came up with a new structure for the Dutch nation. I've been puzzling a bit and unfortunately I'm stuck.
I've never tried creating sub divisions before, so that's the problem here.
As you can see on the screenshot below, it doesn't really understand what I'm trying to...
