After looking back at the five year plan I agree. I have changed the targets to be a bit more ambitious whilst still keeping it as realistic as I can for a club of West Hams stature :)
Yeah I'd definitely recommend it, although I am a West Ham fan so I'm a bit biased! I've used the winter update from lfcmarshall which includes two wonderkids in 16 year old Reece Oxford and 17 year old Oscar Borg so it should be a fun save.
