I'm not doing well. Only just started really, and I've lost 2 friendlies to FC Schalke + Villareal, who I felt I should've beaten. Should I just wait for my current tactic to settle in, or is there a better tactic I should use for Roma?

Bought FM14 today. I'm doing a bit of an online game with a few friends atm. At the same time I'm trying to get used to it. I did previously have FM12, but I soon changed to using FMh. There isn't much more to know me, but I'm also a FIFA player, who supports Crystal Palace.
