Before installing the 10.3 patch, it was 4/4 with 5 leagues. Now it's down to 0,5/0,5... but ingame, I don't see a difference.

With the new patch, suddenly, there are teams missing in the Russian and Belarus league, which makes them unplayable. The games has also slowed down a lot. Question: Do I have to place logos etc., which I download, into a different folder now?
