quit the game,load the game back up then load your game again it worked for me let me no

hi everyone i have got the new 2.0 update andeditor i press load database it asks me 2 choose a database to start a new game why? and then it asks 2 choose default database or the new 2.0 so i click 2.0 update and their are no advance options stuck please help ?

made my own team need help ok i made my team put them in blue sqaure prem cant play as them what i need 2 do please help
