All that I did was delete the same folders that you are supposed to when you start a new game and it worked. I dont understand why it worked for me mid game and wont for you if you are doing it right.
It should work after the call up. To get your facepacks working you need to follow the same directory as if you were deleting the fake files but instead of going into "Inc" go into "Edt" amd delete Fake.edt and team_holland.edt. The french faces should appear after you deleted all of the folders...
Well I started a new game after the patch came out but forgot to delete the files unitl mid september in the first season and after the next international break the team was real again.
Just delete the same files in the update folder. It will work for a previously started game but the squad will remain greyed out until the next international fixture when the squad is selected. Not sure why people always think that it only works with new saves.
There is no way to really improve the quality of regens you are getting. It is mostly down to luck. The number of leagues you have loaded, reputation of the leagues/nations, and facilities of the clubs do have an impact though. PA 190+ are very rare so you will just have to be patient.
Pretty sure there is a New Anfield already in the game that is completed around the summer of 2012. Remember seeing it being used as a venue in an Olympics game that one of my young players was involved in. You could always use FMRTE to move the club yourself. Be careful when you do it though as...
