I remember that regista v2 was absolutly insane, i cant find anynew version
i'm playing with a 2nd polish division team so as you can imagine my transfer budget is around zero :D and i have no scouts. i'm trying to create a network of scouts which will find me cheap regens. they dont need to be perfect but it would be good if they had a lot of countries knowledge
