I've set my transfer budget as a certain amount but when i go onto the game its a lot less? For example I set my transfer budget as 70 million.... but in the game its 30? It's the same with the wage budget. Any ideas?

my ps3 has had the ylod about 5/6 times, and i just gave up repairing it. I had the original 60gb model, and i bought it second hand so that may be a reason? But it sounds like the 80gb and slim versions don't get the ylod. Hopefully getting a new one for xmas :)
