Hello having taken Blackpool up into the Prem as champions (Just) i need to sort my back line out and for as cheap as poss as i have near enough nothing to spend and i'm hoping i can readjust my wage budget to fund it (haven't had a good go on fm since 2006 so i'm rather rusty on players) here...
