wonder how many points or talents ( like dribbling, tackling,marking) etc you can + 20 to get that they really reach 20 thx thx........ and what is that -10 potential ability some threads are about ?

have played fm for along while now. and just recently started to pay attention to the editor. made a player with like max on everything (20) but when i started the game he had like (15) on everything and it seems he cant be trained higher either. wonder where to put the max points for a SUPER...
