Basically it's stuck on the game and won't allow me to leave, any thoughts??

I HAVE read the other threads on here but they aren't very helpful, I have a folder called 'Graphics' in my steam folder and I have put my facepacks, club logos etc. but they aren't showing up on my game? I know it works because it worked before I installed steam, help is muchly appreciated :wub:
