I dunno how it is named in english but i use this when i want to sell someone: + transfer list but keep their "role" in the club as the same (key player, 1st team, rotation ect...). I drop the price down every week if i don't get any offer and if the price is set to 60% of the player's value...

Yes i use the tip for "bad" footed MR or ML, it worked good in 1st season. About the tactic slots, the 2nd one is the "maintain score" version and the 3rd one is for "instant result" version. But i use instant result very rarely
