Blatant penalty, refereeing in the tournament has been pretty poor. Ban should be overturned and given to the ref!

Should have fought for his place. Impress in training and the warm up matches, not throw a strop and refuse to play for your country. IMHO, to refuse to play for your country is pretty disgraceful.

He didn't want to be in the squad, his problem.

Adam Johnson did more in five minutes than Downing did in 85. Johnson can actually have an impact on the game, Downing has done **** all and somehow manages to get in the squad despite being utter *****.

Is he serious? Penalty shoot outs are the most exciting part of football IMHO. (well for the neutrals).

Carlos Fierro. Amazingly cheap and becomes an awesome striker.

I imagine this will be appealed (if indeed the club survives). A relegation on this scale is pretty unprecedented, it happened to us (when we reformed) we appealed and dropped just the two divisions.
