I can never get a good HOYD that can actually bring in decent new intake of youth. I don't even know where 2 start stats wise? Or does stature in the game play a part? I've even tried ex pro's but can never find anyone good enough. Im Glasgow Rangers and I'd like 2 think they attract a descent...
I have a good save just now with Forest, I create loads of chances in every game out of the 2 tactics I use but just cant seem 2 convert my chances into goals!! If I did I'd prob win Premiership!!! Any tips of tweeks somebody could pass on or tell me where i'm going wrong
